Role Summary

We are looking for a Operations Executive- Pharmacist to support our day-to-day warehouse and pharmacy operations. The role involves handling medicines, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order processing, and ensuring proper storage, packing, and dispatch of products.

This is a good opportunity for a fresher who wants to build practical experience in pharmacy, warehouse, inventory, and healthcare operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, and properly arrange medicines and other products in the warehouse.




- Ensure medicines are stored under appropriate conditions and follow FIFO / FEFO practices.
- Pick, pack, and verify medicines accurately as per customer orders.
- Check product name, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and assist with GRN preparation.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or near-expiry medicines and support stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

What We're Looking For

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of medicines, pharmacy practices, and inventory handling.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse/operations environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresher with an interest in pharmacy and healthcare operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to handle medicines carefully and follow standard processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
