The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of apparel products, while maintaining high standards of inventory management and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control measures to prevent stock discrepancies, shortages, and overages.

- Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all client orders are processed and dispatched on time, meeting all quality and quantity specifications.

- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients, both domestically and internationally.

- Warehouse Layout Optimization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products are handled and stored correctly,



minimizing damage and ensuring that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and safety incidents, presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), inventory management systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving products, as required by the role.
