Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our warehouse our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials, regulatory compliance, coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant material handling across R&D; and other inventory while maintaining strict adherence to standards and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, and finished goods.

- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with standards, Company SOPs and regulatory requirements. Environmental monitoring of the area as per predefined procedures.

- Coordinate the receipt and inspection of inbound materials, including chemicals, reagents, lab consumables, and clinical trial supplies.

- Maintain accurate inventory records using Tally software and ensure real-time stock updates.

- Monitor the handling of temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and restricted materials in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with Quality Control, QA, R&D;, Procurement,



and other departments for smooth material flow and timely support to projects.

- Ensure segregation and traceability of materials (Labelling) under quarantine, approved, and rejected status.

- Supervise warehouse team members, provide training on safety, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct routine cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; actively participate in regulatory and client inspections.

- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep as per company standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a CRO/CDMO/Chemical industry.

- Good understanding of regulatory compliance in warehousing.

- Familiarity with Tally & Robust organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials safely.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
