Ethics Group is hiring Warehouse Managers for our newly launching Pharmaceutical Fulfillment Centers in Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical warehouse operations independently.
- Handle Inward, Storage, Picking, Packing and Outward/Dispatch.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and batch & expiry management.
- Ensure proper FEFO/FIFO and safe storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Manage and monitor warehouse manpower and team performance.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse records, SOPs and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must have experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse / Pharma Distribution / Pharma Fulfillment.
- Good knowledge of Warehouse & Inventory Management.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, dedicated and accountable.
