Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Interior Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee the storage, movement, and inventory of interior products, furniture, fixtures, and materials (FF&E;). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-value interior goods—ranging from delicate lighting and custom furniture to tiles, fabrics, and decor items—are safely received, inspected, stored, and dispatched to project sites on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Asset Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching interior goods.
- Conduct incoming inspection of items (furniture, lighting, finishes) for quality, specifications, and shipping damage.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Organize product layout in the warehouse to maximize space and ensure safe, logical storage of fragile or custom items.
- Logistics & Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with project management, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Oversee loading and unloading procedures, ensuring proper handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, furniture dollies) is used correctly.
- Prepare shipping manifests, dispatch documents, delivery receipts, and gate passes.




- Quality Assurance & Safety:
- Enforce strict packing, crating, and wrapping standards to prevent damage during long-term storage or transit.
- Log and manage claim processes for damaged or missing items with vendors and shipping carriers.
- Maintain clean, organized, secure warehouse conditions in compliance with local safety standards.
- Vendor & Team Coordination:
- Work closely with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and local delivery drivers.
- Supervise warehouse helpers, packers, and material handlers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Warehouse Executive or Logistics Coordinator, preferably in interior design, furniture manufacturing, retail, or building materials sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with inventory management software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho Inventory, Oracle, or proprietary WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of specialized handling/packing requirements for high-end interior goods (glass, wood finishes, marble, upholstery).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
