Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.

- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock verification/cycle counts.

- Monitor GRN, put-away, picking, dispatch, and material movement processes.

- Ensure timely dispatches as per customer requirements and agreed SLA/KPI/TAT.

- Manage and optimize warehouse manpower, including deployment, attendance, productivity, and shift planning.

- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, housekeeping, PPE, and statutory requirements within the warehouse.

- Coordinate with customer, transporters, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

- Monitor warehouse MIS and daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.

- Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.





- Control inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excesses, and ensure timely closure.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs and work instructions.

- Monitor warehouse productivity and cost and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Train and guide warehouse supervisors and associates on operational processes and safety practices.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per customer-specific requirements.

- Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower requirements, attendance, discipline, and employee-related matters.

- Support customer audits, internal audits, and compliance inspections.
