1. Role Purpose The Executive is the on-ground extension of the Quality Audit & Process Excellence function for all warehouses, distribution centres, Express Hub locations, falling under the West-South cluster. The role exists to execute internal audit, inventory audit, training, process excellence and fraud-prevention activity, operating strictly within the checklists, SOPs, and audit calendar approved by the Team Lead.

All findings, escalations, and reporting flow through the Team Lead, who retains final authority on audit conclusions, corrective actions, and any communication with Reporting Manager or leadership.

2. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Hub Audits

- Conduct monthly internal audits of assigned West/South-cluster warehouses, DCs, and Express Hub strictly per the checklist and standards issued (ISO/GDP).
- Record findings, evidence (photos/documents), and non-conformities in the format prescribed; no deviation from the standard checklist without prior approval.
- Track corrective/ preventive action closure at site level and report status in the monthly cluster report.

Yearly Inventory Audit

- Execute the physical inventory verification cycle for all West/South-cluster locations as per the audit plan and methodology issued.
- Reconcile physical counts against system records and report variances final variance sign-off.

Ground Team Learning & Development

- Deliver training sessions and SOP refreshers to warehouse/ hub staff using content and modules as approved.
- Flag recurring knowledge or compliance gaps observed during audits to the Team Lead for inclusion in future training content — content design itself is not within this role's authority.




- Kaizen implementation and training awareness.

Process Excellence -Fraud & Pilferage Prevention

- Run scheduled and surprise checks at cluster locations to identify shrinkage, pilferage, or fraud risk indicators.
- Immediately escalate any suspected fraud, collusion, or significant shrinkage to the Team Lead — the Cluster Executive does not independently confront, interrogate, or take corrective/disciplinary action at site level.
- Participate in Process excellence activities and initiatives of continuous improvement.

Reporting & Governance

- Submit a structured monthly cluster report (audit status, inventory status, training delivered, fraud/pilferage observations) to the Team Lead on a fixed cycle.
- Act strictly as the field execution and first-level reporting point for the cluster; all consolidated reporting to the Reporting Manager and leadership remains solely with the Team Lead.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, quality audit, internal audit, or supply chain compliance — ideally within logistics, 3PL, FMCG, or e-commerce warehousing.
- Prior exposure to inventory audits and stock reconciliation is required.
- Knowledge of ISO guidelines, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI dashboard is preferred.
- Experience with fraud/pilferage detection, loss prevention, or shrinkage control is a solid advantage.
- Prior experience conducting or supporting ground-level training for warehouse staff is preferred.
- Comfortable with local/regional travel across West and South cluster.
