We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Logistics Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, dispatch, and logistics activities. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with internal teams and transporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Prepare materials for dispatch as per approved orders and documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts teams as required.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or stock issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and handle operational activities.
