Position Summary:

The Warehouse (Stores) Executive is responsible for receiving, storing and issuing all raw materials, packaging and non-food consumables for Magnolia Bakery outlets and the central kitchen. The role ensures accurate stock records, minimal wastage, and timely, error-free dispatch, acting as the link between Purchase, Kitchen/Production, Outlets and Accounts on all matters of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming material against Purchase Orders; verify quantity, quality and expiry against the delivery challan/invoice and raise a Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
- Store all items as per FIFO/FEFO principles, with proper labelling, temperature control (dry store/chiller/freezer) and shelf-life tracking
- Maintain accurate stock records, both physical and in the system, for raw materials, packaging and consumables
- Conduct periodic and surprise stock counts and reconcile physical stock against system records
- Process outlet and kitchen indents; ensure timely, accurate picking, packing and dispatch of materials
- Monitor and report near-expiry, damaged or slow-moving stock; minimise wastage and spoilage
- Coordinate with Purchase on reorder levels, stock-outs and vendor delivery schedules
- Coordinate with Kitchen/Production and Outlet teams on material requirements and consumption patterns
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, pest control and food-safety standards as per FSSAI and company SOPs
- Maintain documentation - GRNs,



stock transfer notes, indents, wastage/damage reports - and support internal and external audits
- Ensure safe storage and material-handling practices, including correct use of racking and FIFO shelving

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or stores management, preferably in F&B;, QSR, bakery or FMCG
- Working knowledge of inventory/ERP systems (e.g. Tally or similar)
- Sound understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation and basic food-safety and hygiene norms
- Proficient in MS Excel for stock reports and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Positive communication and coordination skills to liaise with Purchase, Kitchen, Outlets and Accounts

Reporting Structure & Work Conditions

Reports to the Warehouse/Stores Manager or Purchase & Supply Chain Head. Based at the central warehouse/stores of the unit. Working hours follow the company shift policy, with early-morning or weekend flexibility during peak periods. The role requires working in chiller/freezer environments and physical involvement in stock movement and handling as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
