About the Role

MahattaArt is looking for a Wall Décor Sales Consultant who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable wall décor solutions, handle objections, follow up with qualified leads, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads generated through the website and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, space, style, and purchase intent.
- Recommend suitable products such as wallpapers, wall art, frames, P2F, collages, and gallery walls.
- Follow up with customers and handle queries and objections.
- Drive lead-to-order conversion and achieve sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and recover potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with product and design teams when specialist support is required.
- Use CRM, WhatsApp, digital catalogues, website tools, and AI-based sales tools.
- Track leads, conversions, revenue, follow-ups,



and lost opportunities.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in:
- Home décor
- Furniture/Furnishings
- Residential interiors
- Modular kitchens/Wardrobes
- Wallpaper
- Premium home retail
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proven experience in sales targets, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing.
- Good understanding of colour, style, scale, and visual aesthetics.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs.
- Graduate in any discipline. Interior Design or related qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

What We’re Looking For A commercially strong sales professional with design sensibility who can understand what the customer needs and confidently guide them from enquiry to purchase. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
