Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Walmart Seller Support process in Pune.

The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving process-related concerns, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Candidates with experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through the designated support channel.
- Understand seller concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines, standard operating procedures, and service standards.
- Communicate professionally with sellers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
- Identify issues requiring additional support and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer service parameters.
- Follow company policies and process requirements.

Candidate ProfileCandidates with E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service Experience




- Previous experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service.
- Minimum B2-level English communication skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Candidates from Other Backgrounds

Candidates without e-commerce experience may also be considered if they have:

- Prior international customer service experience.
- Minimum B2 level English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 CTC per month, depending on relevant experience and selection.
