About the Role

MahattaArt is looking for a Wall Décor Servicing Executive to handle customer queries, provide product information, support online purchases, and ensure a smooth customer journey from product interest to order fulfilment.

The candidate will develop expertise across wall décor products, with a special focus on P2F (Print-to-Frame).

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries across wallpapers, wall art, P2F, frames, collages, and other wall décor products.
- Guide customers with product information, measurements, configurations, pricing, and ordering.
- Develop specialist knowledge of P2F, including image uploads, print sizes, frames, mounts, glass, and collages.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Assist customers in completing their purchases and recover abandoned buying journeys.
- Coordinate with the Wall Décor Advisor and Production team.
- Identify product, website, and checkout issues and share feedback with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and CRM records.

Requirements




- 2–4 years of experience in customer servicing, customer success, or online sales support.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, online retail, home & living, furniture, furnishings, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Robust phone and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ownership and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to learn product details and handle customised orders accurately.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, websites, admin panels, and order-management systems.
- Graduate in any discipline. A design qualification is not required.
