Skills we are hiring for -

FATP Production Engineer :

Experience Level - B.E (5-9 Years); Diploma (7-10 Years)

- Manage day-to-day shopfloor production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Standards.
- Monitor production performance, including defects, rework, rejection rates, and First Pass Yield (FPY), and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and deploy manpower effectively based on production requirements to achieve output targets.
- Identify production bottlenecks, improve line balancing, and enhance cycle time, UPH, utilization, and overall productivity.
- Ensure production readiness by confirming material availability, equipment, tools, testers, and station readiness, and promptly escalate any breakdowns or issues impacting production.

FATP Kitting :

Experience Level - B.E (5-9 Years); Diploma (7-10 Years)

- Manage material receiving activities,



including verification, GRN processing, and inventory updates.
- Ensure proper material storage, inventory control, and stock accuracy in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate kitting activities and timely material issuance to support uninterrupted production operations.
- Maintain accurate system transactions and documentation in SAP, Excel, and other reporting tools, ensuring compliance and traceability.

FATP Training :

Experience Level - B.E (5-9 Years); Diploma (7-10 Years)

- Plan and coordinate training programs, including preparation of training materials and documentation for production associates.
- Conduct new joiner induction, technical, and process training to ensure understanding of operational and quality requirements.
- Maintain skill matrices, evaluate employee competencies, and manage certification processes to ensure workforce readiness.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and monitor operator performance on the shopfloor, especially during the initial production period, to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant systems.

Qualification and Experience : B.Tech/B.E (5-9 Years)

Diploma (7-10 Years)
