Job Summary:

We are looking for a Testing Engineer ICT & FCT responsible for testing, troubleshooting, validation, and maintenance of In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) systems for PCBA/electronic products. The role will involve test program development, fixture validation, failure analysis, and coordination with NPI and production teams to ensure reliable testing and high first-pass yield.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle ICT and FCT testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.

- Develop, debug, validate, and maintain ICT/FCT test programs.

- Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis for PCB/PCBA defects.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, fixtures, probes, cables, and test interfaces.

- Support NPI activities, including test strategy, fixture development, and test validation.

- Work closely with Production, NPI, Process, Quality, and Design teams for testing-related issues.

- Improve test coverage, First Pass Yield (FPY), test cycle time, and equipment uptime.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of ICT/FCT equipment and fixtures.

- Manage and maintain test fixtures, probes, test cables, connectors, and related accessories.
