- Working Days: 6 Days a Week (TuesdaySunday)
- Weekly Off: Monday

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective telecalling.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales-ready opportunities.
- Maintain regular customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
- Update customer details and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Preferred Candidate Background Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant telecalling or sales experience.

Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Robust verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and follow-ups.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Candidates from interior design, home interiors, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.
