Position:Team lead Home Loans (Offrole)

Location: Pune, PCMC & Kharadi.

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + High Incentives

Experience: 4 to 10 Years in Home Loan / LAP.

Role Overview:

We are looking for young, energetic & result-oriented sales professionals to sell Home Loan products through open market & branch channel.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1.Sourcing Business: Generate Home Loan / LAP business through open market Builders, DSA, Connectors, Open Market Leads, References.

2.Branch Channel: Coordinate with branch team for leads and cross-selling Home Loan products.

3.Customer Meeting: Meet customers, explain Home Loan products, ROI, eligibility, documentation.

4.Login & Disbursement: Complete login formalities, documentation check, follow-up with credit & operations for approval & disbursement.

5.Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationship with customers, builders, and channel partners.

6.Target Achievement:



Achieve monthly sales target and maintain portfolio quality.

7.Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local market, competitor products and customer profiles.

Product to Handle:

Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer (BT), Top-up Loan.

Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 4 Years to 10 years in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales

Required Skills:Good communication & convincing skillsStrong customer relationship & market knowledgeMust have Two-wheeler & DL (Preferred)Valuable CIBIL ScoreImmediate Joiners Preferred.
