Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will develop and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels to promote Growth IntelliLabs courses and learner success stories. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, writing captions and scripts, creating short-form video and graphic concepts, collaborating with trainers and marketing teams for campaign content, and optimizing posts based on performance metrics. The role involves monitoring trends in tech education and data science, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring regular presence at the institute to capture on-ground content such as classroom activities, events, and learner testimonials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic scriptwriting, and visual storytelling.
- Candidate should be able to face cam and create content which would be an add-on.




- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, such as planning content calendars, posting consistently, and monitoring audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing, image editing) to create platform-ready posts.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, including understanding audiences, brand positioning, and analyzing content performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with trainers, marketing teams, and learners for authentic content.
- Relevant experience in managing social media for education, tech, or training institutes is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, journalism, media studies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with data science, analytics, or the broader tech education landscape is a plus and supports effective content creation.
