Experience Required

¢ Sales Manager: 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

¢ Senior Sales Manager: 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

Educational Qualification

¢ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

¢ MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers to lead high-performing sales teams, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.

¢ Develop and execute sales strategies.

¢ Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.

¢ Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

¢ Conduct client meetings,



project presentations, and site visits.

¢ Build and maintain client and channel partner relationships.

¢ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

¢ Monitor team performance and provide coaching.

¢ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

¢ Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

¢ Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

¢ Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams.
