Job Title: Sales Team Leader BharatMatrimony (Outbound Sales)Job Summary: The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of 1015 outbound sales executives to achieve daily revenue and sales targets. This role involves driving membership plan sales, monitoring team performance, coaching agents, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 1015 outbound sales agents.
- Drive outbound calling campaigns to promote and sell BharatMatrimony membership plans.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, productivity, and conversion rates of team members.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and feedback sessions to improve sales performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily performance reports.
- Motivate the team through performance management, recognition, and continuous support.
- Handle customer escalations and assist agents in closing high-value sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.

Experience:

- 25 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Experience in BFSI, telecom, matrimony, or other customer-facing sales environments is preferred.
