Role Overview As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the frontline voice of Coachify. You will take full ownership of the student outreach processfrom initiating first contact with warm leads to consulting them on our various course offerings (such as the Self Paced PRO Course and hybrid models) and ultimately guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and free starter kit registrations.
- Academic Consultation: Deeply understand student needs and career goals to effectively pitch Coachifys specialized CAT, CLAT, and CUET preparation programs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all student interactions, engagement levels, and follow-up schedules within our internal sales CRM.
- End-to-End Conversion: Skillfully handle objections, explain platform features (like 1:1 mentorship and digital library access), and close sales to meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Onboarding Support: Assist students with the checkout and payment process (via Razorpay/Cashfree) to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to active enrollment.
