Contractual/Full time : 3 Months contract (can be extended based on performance)
Role: Analyst Retainer
Responsible for researching and updating mailing addresses/phone numbers for return packages by analysing API data. Unresolved cases are transferred to the calling team following set guidelines.
Qualification
B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA - Arts Bachelors degree
Should be Proficient in MS Office
SKILLS
- Solid online research and data collection abilities.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and collaborate within a team
- proficiency in MS-Office applications
Shift
Flexible to work in shifts (Night), as per business requirement
Flexible to work during weekends & holidays (rotational week offs)
