ROLE In this role you will be responsible for performing Recruitment operations tasks in a timely and accurate manner as per the client-specific standard operating procedures. The Recruiting Coordinator works with the process SME and Operations Manager to identify issues, and opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Recruitment lifecycle job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
Prompt response to queries from Internal and External stakeholders
Update and maintain documentation along with the applicant data in ATS with accuracy.
Works with strong process discipline and is skilled in Microsoft Office and Data Management tools.
Handles ambiguity while balancing SLAs, quality, and priorities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
0-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
Any Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid Aptitude and must be good with Analytics Skills
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines
Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
