Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Sales/BD qualified who can acquire new event organizers, promoters, venues and business partners and grow ticketing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new event organizers, promoters, venues and entertainment businesses.

Generate leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking and industry events.

Conduct client meetings and product/platform demonstrations.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable ticketing solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/booking targets.

Coordinate with operations, marketing and technology teams to ensure smooth event launches.

Track pipeline, follow-ups and conversions through CRM.

Develop repeat business from existing clients.

Ideal Candidate

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or client acquisition.

Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, travel, SaaS or digital platforms is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with outbound sales and recent-client acquisition.

Target-oriented and commercially driven.

Willingness to travel for client meetings/events when required.
