Anora Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead and drive end-to-end equipment manufacturing programs across planning, execution, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end equipment manufacturing programs from planning through shipment
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality
- Manage program milestones covering Design Transfer, Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Testing and Shipment
- Drive NPI, retrofit and mass-production readiness
- Monitor daily build progress, risks, issues and committed timelines
- Lead program reviews with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Drive cost optimization, yield improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and contractual commitments
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong experience in Operations / Program Management
Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing / ECM / EMS environments
Robust understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality and equipment assembly
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau or similar tools
PMP certification is an advantage
Semiconductor, automotive or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus
