Non-IT Recruitment Manager Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of Non-IT recruiters and allocate hiring requirements.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.

- Manage bulk/volume hiring across Non-IT positions.

- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendors and databases.

- Screen candidates and ensure profiles match JD, experience, location, salary and notice period.

- Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets for the team.

- Track recruiter performance, closures, interviews, offers and joining ratios.

- Handle client/stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates.





- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete candidate pipeline.

- Negotiate CTC, offers and joining dates with candidates.

- Manage offer-to-join follow-ups and reduce candidate dropouts.

- Prepare and maintain MIS, recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.

- Manage external recruitment vendors/consultants, where applicable.

- Train and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, pitching and closures.

- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

- Ensure hiring is completed within the required TAT and business timelines.

- Maintain candidate and recruitment data accurately in ATS/Excel/MIS systems.
