Language: English We are hiring customer service associates for our international chat process

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

- Handled customer queries through chat and written communication in a skilled and timely manner.
- Managed multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Understood customer requirements and provided appropriate solutions based on products and services.
- Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Demonstrated strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintained accurate customer information and updated CRM/customer records as required.
- Followed company SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- Efficiently handled customer complaints, requests, and escalations while maintaining a professional approach.
- Consistently met productivity, quality, response-time, and customer-service targets.
- Handling Dual Chat or Triple Chats handling

* If you have relevant experience in duel chat handling you can directly walkin for the interview

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 yrs experience required





Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Immediate joiners preferred

Benefits: Salary package up to 2.5 to upto 4 LPA
