Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return-related concerns through inbound/outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt, accurate, and effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow quality standards, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate and Undergraduate

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO,



or Call Center will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Work Location & Shifts

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
- Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (5 Days working)
- Weekly Offs: Rotational Week Offs
- Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Candidates residing within 15 KM of the office location will be preferred.
