Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new client leads for US staffing services through LinkedIn, job portals, emails, and outbound research

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads (MSPs, Direct Clients, VMS accounts)

- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage hiring managers and recruiters

- Research target companies, decision-makers, and staffing requirements in the US market

- Qualify leads based on hiring needs, budget, timelines, and decision authority

- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / ATS tools

- Coordinate with Sales and Recruitment teams to convert leads into active accounts

- Track outreach performance and provide regular lead generation reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0-1+ years of experience in the lead generation (or) Business Development

- Freshers who are interested to work in Lead Generation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is Mandatory

- Solid research, data mining, and follow-up skill

Shift Timings: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Mon - Fri)

Qualification: Any Graduates can apply (We do not consider freshers from B.E / M.E /B.Pharm / MCA / M.Pharm )
