Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.

- Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring requirements.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.

- Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.

- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
