Role & Responsibilities:

The Advisor will be responsible for understanding client investment goals, budget, and risk appetite to provide tailored real estate investment solutions. You will advise clients on high-ROI opportunities including residential, commercial, pre-launch, plots, and rental income properties.Your key role will be to conduct detailed market research, analyze property trends, pricing, and future appreciation potential to help clients make informed decisions. You will manage end-to-end investment lifecycle - from property shortlisting, site visits, due diligence, ROI calculation, negotiation to final closure.You will be responsible for acquiring current HNI/UHNI investors, building a strong referral network,



and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat investments and portfolio expansion.

You will achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.You will prepare investment pitches, financial models, and comparison sheets, and coordinate with legal, sales, and CRM teams to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.Candidate Profile: Graduate/MBA. 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Channel Sales, Wealth Management, or Property Investment. Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills. Must have own vehicle and be target-driven.
