Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation and Review Corporate Tax return (1120), Partnership (1065), and Individual (1040) prepared by Tax Preparer.
- Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form Individuals and schedules
- Expert level research capabilities to research and complete the new tax forms
- Manage and mentor team members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and service levels
- Must be able to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines throughout each day to assist to meet clients'
- Ability to learn quickly and work with a result-oriented approach
- Training of new team members as and when required.

Education: B.Com, M.Com, CA, CA Inter, EA, CMA, CPA, MBA - Finance

Competencies required:

- Having 1+ Years of Experience in US Taxation
- Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must have excellent client service skills, Responsive to clients.
- Highly motivated, Self-Learner and a problem solver.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of US Tax softwares like, UltraTax, Drake, CCH Axcess, ProSeries, ATX, CCH Engagement, etc.
