- Solid, hands-on experience with Asset Management Tools, Zoho Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, ManageEngine Asset Explorer, Ivanti, SolarWinds Service Desk, or similar ITAM/ITSM platforms.
- Experience setting up or working with automated asset management processes (auto-discovery, workflow automation, barcode/QR-based tracking) to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT asset management, IT support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT asset management software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
