Role: International Semi-Voice Process

We are looking for Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years experience to join our Semi-Voice Process in our Hyderabad location.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Freshers are welcome to apply

Candidates with relevant early experience are also encouraged to apply

Comfortable working from office

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Comfortable with rotational week-offs

Must reside within 25 km of the office location (Lanco Hills, Manikonda)

Role Specifications

Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels such as calls, chats, and emails.

Assist customers with queries related to services, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.

Follow defined processes,



quality standards, and service guidelines.

Work effectively in a rapid-paced international customer support environment.

Step 2 - HR Interview: Once you have cleared your AI interview & Assessment, walk into office with 2 copies of your resume and mention HR Nikhil on your resume.
