About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with business leaders and solving people challenges through data, insights, and robust HR practices?

MarketStar is looking for a hands-on and business-focused HRBP to join our People Success team in Hyderabad.

You will partner with leaders across sales, delivery, and enabling functions and own the people agenda for a defined employee group. This role combines strategic HR partnering, people analytics, employee relations, labour compliance, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Employee relations and case management

Talent, Performance & Engagement

We are looking for professionals who have:

6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HRBP/People Partner/HR Generalist roles.

Experience partnering directly with business leaders in organizations of 1,000+ employees.

Postgraduate qualification in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

Strong employee relations and case-management experience.

Practical knowledge of Indian labour legislation and statutory compliance.

Experience with audits, inspections, investigations, domestic enquiries,



and contract-labour governance.

Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, compensation, engagement, organization design, and change management.

Advanced Excel and strong people-data analysis capabilities.

Experience working with HRIS systems.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English and Telugu or Hindi.

Preferred Skills

Experience in BPO, outsourced services, technology, sales, or high-growth organizations.

Experience working in a matrix/global environment.

Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or automated HR reporting.

Workday experience.

SHRM, CIPD, or People Analytics certification.
