Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles

Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels

Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers

Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts

Ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Strong expertise in non-IT hiring

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
