We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Gold Loan Manager to drive business growth, portfolio management, and customer acquisition for the Gold Loan business. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving branch targets, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual Gold Loan business targets.
- Source recent customers through field activities, referrals, and local market penetration.
- Manage and grow the Gold Loan portfolio while ensuring profitability.
- Conduct customer relationship management activities to improve retention and repeat business.
- Ensure proper valuation and appraisal of pledged gold as per company guidelines.
- Monitor loan disbursement, renewal, and closure processes.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Coordinate with branch teams to enhance productivity and business performance.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
