Job Description

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager - Founders office role for a fast growing AI training consultant who conducts training workshops for large corporates to enable them to use AI tools for routine tasks & business processes. This is a generalist role that will require you to engage in high-impact projects, business development and work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder for all the internal as well as external correspondence with the founder
n
- Engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, business development and operational optimization & provide regular updates to the founder on the progress
n
- Undertake regular research using AI tools and prepare presentations
n
- Community Management - Be the point of contact for the growing client community of the brand, provide assistance in navigating services & manage communications & escalations
n
- Business Development - Nurture in-bound leads, understand their pain points, pitch to them the service offerings & lead them to closure
n
- Coordinate logistics for training events across cities- travel bookings, hotel stay,



workshop materials, and onsite support
n
- Format documents, polish presentations, and assist in creating premium PPT decks
n
- Support invoices, basic finance tracking, and payment reminders
n
- Assist in social media content coordination with agencies and upkeep the ORM
n
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication- Collaborate with clients & agencies to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals
n
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership
n

Valuable to Have -

n

n
- At least 2 years experience in working in Founders Office in generalist roles
n
- Experience & affinity in researching AI tools
n
- Strong communication skills & business development experience
n
- Startup Hustle mentality
n

CTC - Rs. 10-13 Lakhs (Basis last drawn)
