We are currently hiring for the position of International Chat Process Executive at our Hyderabad location.

This prospect is only for experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.In this role, you will interact with international customers over Chat, address their queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Work Location: DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

- Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Shift & Work Schedule:

- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days, 2 rotational week-offs
- Comfortable working in night shifts (as per business requirement)
- Two-way cab facility provided within a 25 KM radius
