Role & responsibilities :

1. Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
2. Assessing home & work environments of clients & deciding what adjustments are needed.
3. Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
4. Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
5. Treating disabled, ill, or injured patients with special equipment and the therapeutic use of daily activities.
6. Help patients improve, regain, & develop the skills needed for day to day life and work.
7. Provide long-term patient care and acute patient care, wherever necessary.
8. Preparing clients for a return to work.
9. Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
10.



Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
11. Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.
12. Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
13. Any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile : -Valuable knowledge about Rehabilitation.

-To help the consultant in patient care and upkeep of the records.

- Education Qualification: Bachelor of Occupational therapist/Master of occupational therapist
