KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily Dark Store operations and ensure order accuracy & TAT
Manage inventory, inwarding, auditing and minimize shrinkage/wastage
Lead and motivate store teams, pickers & delivery partners
Ensure safety, hygiene and quality compliance
Track daily performance metrics and share insights with the Cluster Operations Manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience: 1–8 years in Retail, E-commerce or Warehouse Operations
Education
- Store Supervisor – 12th Pass
- Store Incharge – Graduate in any stream
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Inventory Management
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Comfortable working under pressure and in rotational shifts
Dark Store / Quick Commerce experience will be an added advantage
