Job Title: Mid-Level / Senior Recruiter, US Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-to-senior-level US Recruiter to join our team. You will focus on sourcing talent for Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Energy/Utilities, and Federal & State Government clients. This role requires experience finding candidates with active security clearances.

- Shift: US Night Shift (India Time)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Mode: Work from Office
- Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find qualified IT and non-IT candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Indeed.
- Cleared Recruiting: Source and screen candidates with active security clearances (Public Trust, Secret, and Top Secret).
- VMS/MSP Portals: Work on requirements from major MSP/VMS portals, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.
- Screening: Conduct full phone screens, negotiate pay rates (W2, C2C, 1099),



and verify US work visas.
- Delivery: Meet daily/weekly submission targets and maintain a high submittal-to-interview ratio.

Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 8 Years.
- Domain Exp: Must have experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Aerospace, Oil & Gas/Energy OR Federal/State Clients .
- Clearance Knowledge: Proven success handling requirements that require security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, etc.).
- Tax Terms: Explicit understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Tools: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ceipal, JobDiva, or Bullhorn.
