We are hiring Fresher and experienced candidates for Customer Support and Technical Support roles in an International and Domestic Voice Process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- For Technical Support, troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers with solutions.
- Maintain good customer service and follow company processes.
Eligibility.
- PUC (+2) or any Degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be available to join as per the hiring requirement.
- Candidates with experience in Customer Support or Technical Support can apply.
- Candidates who can join within 0-15 days are preferred.
Work Details.

- 24/7 rotational shifts.
