Transcom is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive from 25th September to 30th September for the role of Customer Service Associate in our International Chat Support division. We are looking for energetic professionals with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle real-time customer inquiries via international chat channels with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide first-contact resolution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Adapt seamlessly to rotational shifts and dynamic operational requirements.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility Criteria:

- Education:



Undergraduate (Min. 10+2 / Diploma) with at least 6 months of work experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in International Chat Support is mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent written English communication, typing accuracy, and active listening skills.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week (WFO).
