Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat, or other support channels. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions. Resolve customer issues professionally and within the defined timelines.

Maintain a positive and skilled customer experience.

Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.

Meet defined performance, productivity, and quality targets.

Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.

- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications





Graduation is mandatory from a recognized university/institution. Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service experience can apply. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/tools.

Good typing and multitasking skills.

Ability to understand and follow processes and instructions.

Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.

Candidates must be willing to work from one of the available locations.
