Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage debt recovery through effective communication with customers, negotiation, and legal action when necessary.

- Conduct field collections by visiting clients' premises to collect overdue payments.

- Utilize computer systems to process loan applications, track payments, and maintain accurate records.

- Identify potential risks associated with each loan application before approval.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Debt Collection or related field (preferably).

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.

- Solid understanding of Loan Collection, Payment Recovery, Debt Recovery, Debt Collection processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
