Job Summary:

Operate and set up 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling machines with Siemens controls for manufacturing high-precision aerospace components as per drawings, 3D models, process sheets, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling machines.
- Operate Siemens controls
- Perform job setting, work offsets, tool offsets, and program prove-out.
- Read aerospace drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements.
- Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other precision instruments.
- Monitor tool wear, cutting parameters, vibration, chatter, and surface finish.
- Maintain part identification, traceability, route cards, and inspection records.
- Follow approved CNC programs, setup sheets, work instructions,



and drawing revisions.
- Ensure FOD prevention, 5S, machine safety, and product protection.
- Report machining abnormalities and dimensional deviations immediately.

Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC / Tool & Die / Production Engineering

Experience

3–6 years of CNC milling experience, preferably with hands-on experience in 5-axis aerospace component machining.
