Job Summary

Shastika Global Impex private limited is looking for an energetic Business

Development Associate (BDA) to generate leads through calls and LinkedIn,

and convert them into orders from both Domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns and research potential buyers in Domestic and international markets and build and maintain strong prospect database.




- Connect with buyers via LinkedIn, calls and emails and pitch company products to Domestic and international clients.
- Converts leads into confirmed orders and follow up with existing and potential clients regularly
- Maintain CRM with leads status, follow-ups and closures
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Inside sales, lead generation
- BBA and MBA holder freshers can apply
- Positive communication in English
- Target oriented and self motivated
