As an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, you are responsible for running one of our Express Stores end-to-end. You lead the team, ensure smooth operations, solve problems on the ground, and make sure every order reaches our customers accurately, on time, and with the quality they expect.
What you'll do
- Drive seamless and efficient store operations every day
- Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence
- Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing in-store and last-mile teams
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery
- Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business
