Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA B.Sc, MBA)2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches are eligible.

Note - Engineering graduates and Diploma are not preferred

- Candidates must possess all original educational documents/mark sheets.
- No active backlogs or arrears.

Role & responsibilities
- Review and work on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
- Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective action.
- Resubmit corrected claims when required.
- Update claim status and follow-up notes in the billing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing guidelines.
