We are looking for a friendly and attentive Steward to join the Kerala Cafe FOH team. Key responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests politely. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Explain Kerala Cafe dishes and recommend suitable items. Maintain table cleanliness and proper service standards. Check on guests during the meal and respond quickly to requests.
Support upselling of beverages, desserts and relevant add-ons. Coordinate with the kitchen and FOH team for smooth service. Handle guest concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when needed.
Maintain grooming, hygiene and restaurant SOP standards. Ideal candidate: Valuable communication, positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork and a strong focus on guest experience. Experience: Experienced candidates can apply.
